She graduated from Australia with distinction in Life Science and continues her holistic health understanding from the best experts around the globe. When she relocated to Singapore, she acquired a specialisation in Health Promotion Practice.

She has been crafting wellness programs & training holistic wellness understanding to the corporate world.
