Jernej Drobez

Jernej is highly compassionate and innovative Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine with a zest for how technology can improve quality of patient care in acute and chronic pain conditions leading to better patient outcomes and quality of life. Over the past 5 years he has helped over 1000 people break the vicious cycle of chronic pain so they get joy, restful sleep, rekindle their hobbies and achieve greater success in business and relationships.

He completed his training in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at two of the largest tertiary medical centres in Ljubljana, Slovenia - University Medical Centre Ljubljana and Institute of Oncology Ljubljana and also at one the largest teaching hospitals in the United Kingdom - St George's University Hospitals in London where he gained extensive experience in management of different types of acute and chronic pain conditions. Before completing his training in 2022 with honours and obtaining specialist qualification, he also passed European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care examination (EDAIC) in Vienna, Austria.

His diverse clinical interests include the use of novel approaches incorporating both modern pharmacological and cutting-edge technology treatment modalities as well as complementary medicine approaches using medical acupuncture and hypnosis for rapid pain relief.
Through his clinical work in a private pain treatment practice, he has helped people with chronic pain to get rapid pain relief combining western medicine approaches with natural pain treatment modalities such as medical acupuncture and medical hypnosis to provide significant improvement in pain, often after the first session.

With his wife Ana, also a Consultant in Pain Medicine, they currently run their private practice together with a sincere commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards delivering top-quality patient care and ongoing patient support leading to demonstrable results. He strives for excellence, safety and kindness in his clinical work and he constantly improves his knowledge, skills and approaches to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

In addition to his clinical work, helping people with chronic pain, he has deep interest and understanding of peak performance psychology and health optimization to allow people to attain and maintain high levels of energy and bodily rejuvenation through nutritional, exercise and mind-body approaches. He has worked with a number of CEOs and managers to help them regain their optimal health so they can enjoy outstanding business and personal success. He was also invited as a trainer for Slovenia’s largest investment bank and many other companies where he presented actionable and cutting-edge approaches to improve physical and mental health in high-stress environments.
